Order by E-Mail

OPTION 2: Send ORDER FORM

Step 1:

Download Order Form, as the following bellow:

Please choose file format
Microsoft Office Excel	Adobe Acrobat Reader

63 Kbytes	33 Kbytes

Click button to download, or right mouse click, and then select "Save Target As..." (Recommend)

Step 2:

Fill-in Order Form, and save

Step 3:

Send E-mail (with attachment Order Form) to us at Click to show e-mail

Order by FAX

Step 1:

Download Order Form, as the following bellow:

Print Order Form to A4 paper (or Print to your FAX Software)
